How Charge Statements Work

Charge statements are generated automatically for real estate transactions after the feature is activated, regardless of who pays for the transaction. The statement can be viewed and downloaded from Transaction Details, either separately or with the rest of the documents in the transaction.

Access to charge statements varies by user type:

  • Collab and non-Collab transactions: The organization that initiated the transaction has access to the charge statement.
  • Organizations with integrations: Charge statements are supported for Resware and Softpro integrations but not supported for Docutech, Snapdocs, and SimpleNexus integrations.
  • Signers do not have access to charge statements.

View the Charge Statement

To view your charge statement, follow the instructions to access and download completed documents. The charge statement for each transaction is included in the document package.
