The short answer: Your billing and payment settings are all in one place. Use this article to understand what each section shows and where to go to make changes.

Plan Details

The Plan details section shows the details of your plan, including:

  • Name of your plan
  • Platform fee per month
  • Current period dates
  • Number of team members who are active or have been invited
  • Number of team member invitations remaining
  • Number of transactions used
  • Number of transactions available for the period

Payer Settings

The Payer settings section shows your options for who pays for each transaction, along with a summary of EasyLink payment settings.

Billing Settings

The Billing settings section shows the payment method on file and the email address where receipts and invoices are sent.

Recent Payments

The Recent payments tab shows a list of payments made on your account.

  • If you pay by invoice for your subscription, you'll see subscription payments.
  • If you pay per transaction, this list includes the individual transactions.

Summary Checklist

  • Review Plan Details to see your current plan, transaction usage, and team member count.
  • Check Payer Settings to control who pays for transactions and review EasyLink payment options.
  • Update your payment method and billing email in Billing Settings.
  • View past charges in Recent Payments.
