Audience: Organizations
The short answer: Your organization's plan on Proof determines access to features like the API, custom branding, integrations, and more. Follow the instructions below to request a plan change.
Change your organization's plan
- Select Settings from the menu on the left.
- Select Billing & payment from the Settings page menu.
- Select Change plan at the bottom of the page on the Plan details tab.
You can also contact your Customer Success Manager (CSM) or contact Sales to discuss plan options.

Summary Checklist
- To upgrade from Business Pro to Pro+ — do it self-serve via Settings → Billing & Payment.
- For all other plan changes, go to Settings → Billing & Payment → Change plan.
- Or contact your CSM or Sales to discuss Premium & Enterprise options.
