This feature is available to Business Pro owners and admins — particularly organizations sending fewer than 25 transactions per month who need advanced capabilities without a Premium commitment.
What you get with Business Pro+
Upgrading to Business Pro+ ($199/month) unlocks the following features on top of your existing Business Pro plan:
- Custom branding — add your logo, colors, and brand name to the signer experience
- API access
- Advanced transaction form with custom fields
- Signing rules (signing order, signing groups, mixed signing)
- In-house notaries (optional) — onboard your own notaries to the platform
How to upgrade
Log in to your Proof account to complete the steps below.
- Select Settings from the left navigation menu.
- Select Billing & Payment.
- Select the Plan details tab.
- Select Upgrade now under the Business Pro+ plan.
- Enter your credit card information and confirm.
The upgrade is immediate upon payment success. If you selected in-house notary configuration during the upgrade, it will be applied at that point. Billing starts on the day of your upgrade.
