The short answer: If you signed up for an individual account but want to send transactions to others, you can convert to a free business account to unlock a more robust set of features. Anyone with an individual account can make this change.
Convert Your Account
Log in to your Proof account to complete the steps below.
- Select the square grid menu in the upper-left corner.
- Select Get Business Pro now.
- Read the terms and conditions, then check the box to agree.
- Select Agree & continue.
- Follow the prompts to finish setting up your account.
