The short answer: Owners and admins on Business Pro, Business Pro+, Title Pro, or Business/Title Elite and Enterprise plans can purchase Professional Services onboarding anytime from Settings → Billing & Payment → Add-ons — a one-time $1,000 charge for 4 hours of live 1:1 setup help, with no contract or sales call required.
Who Can Purchase This
This add-on is available to owners and admins on any of the following plans:
- Business Pro
- Business Pro+
- Title Pro
- Business or Title Elite/Enterprise
1. Go to the Add-ons Section
Log in to your Proof account, then select Settings → Billing & Payment → Add-ons. You'll see a Professional Services onboarding card with the option to purchase.

2. Choose Your Payment Method
Select Purchase on the Professional Services card. You'll be asked to pay using:
- Your existing payment method on file, or
- A new credit card or bank account (ACH)
Your Due today total of $1,000 is shown before you confirm.
3. Confirm Your Purchase
Once you complete the purchase, you'll see a confirmation message. Here's what happens next:
A Proof team member reaches out
Someone from our Professional Services team will email you to schedule your onboarding session.
Your card updates to "Purchased"
The Add-ons section shows the onboarding card as purchased so you know it's done.
Your plan doesn't change
This is a one-time charge, not a plan upgrade — you stay on your current tier.
The charge appears in Recent Payments
Find the $1,000 fee under Settings → Billing & Payment → Recent Payments.
