Print a PDF to use Identify to verify your customer's identity in person. The PDF includes your branding (if applicable), easy-to-follow instructions, and a QR code to your EasyLink Identify transaction.
Post the printout in your office or branch for customers to scan the QR code with their smartphone and begin the process.
Who can do this
Owners, admins, and team members in your organization and notaries sourcing transactions (NSTs) can create, manage, and send EasyLinks.
Users with the sender role can send EasyLinks but cannot edit or create them.

What to expect
- Eligible transactions: This option is only available for EasyLink Identify transactions. Create an EasyLink for Identify transactions before attempting the process below.
- File details: The PDF file is a standard letter size (8.5" x11" paper) and can be downloaded or printed.
- Branding: If your organization in Proof has custom branding, your logo and brand colors appear on the PDF file. If not, the PDF file is generated with Proof branding and colors, but it will still work if printed in black and white.
Print a QR code
Log in to your Proof account to complete the steps below.
- Click Tools from the navigation menu on the left.
- Select EasyLinks from the Tools page menu.
- Click the 3 vertical dots next to the Identify transaction you'd like to make available via printed QR code.
- Select the Print tab.
- Click Print .pdf.
- Print using your local printer or print to PDF.
- Click Done.
