Here's how to add or update a payment method to complete transactions. This works for individual users who upload their own documents, notaries, or users who have an account associated with an organization.

The information and/or process below applies to all users on the Proof platform.
Update the payment method for personal transactions
- Click your initials in the upper right corner of your account.
- Select Manage my account.
- Click the Personal payment tab on the User profile page menu.
- Click Add payment (or Update payment if you want to change your existing payment).
- Provide the credit card information.
- Click Submit payment.
