The short answer: Where you access your completed documents and video recording depends on your role and how the transaction was created.
Transactions Created by Organizations
Organizations always have access to completed documents without requiring the signer to forward them.
- If the signer pays, the organization and signer both receive the document once the signer completes payment.
- If the organization pays, the document is available to the organization immediately after signing is complete.
To access files from a completed transaction, follow the instructions for what you need:
Transactions Created by Signers
If you uploaded your own document, you can access it after paying for the transaction. Follow the instructions in Download or Share Your Completed Documents.
Notary Access to Documents
Notary access depends on how the transaction was created and your notary type.
In-House Notaries (IHNs)
Follow these instructions to download completed documents from your organization's account.
On-Demand Notaries (ODNs)

Notaries Sourcing Transactions (NSTs)
If you sent the transaction to the signer, follow these instructions to download completed documents from your organization's account.
