Audience: Notary-Sourced Transaction Notaries (NSTs)
The short answer: Once a signer completes their notarization, you can download the meeting recording as an MP4 directly from the transaction details.

Depending on your subscription, some accounts do not have access to signer meeting recordings. If yours doesn't, you can ask the signer to download their own recording and share it with you.
Download the Recording
To download a signer's meeting recording, log in to your Proof account and follow these steps.
- Click Transactions from the navigation menu on the left.
- Click the transaction for which you'd like to download the recording.
- Select Meeting from the options.
- Click the 3-dot menu in the lower right corner of the video player.
- If you're using Safari, right-click the video to bring up the menu.
- Select Download from the menu that appears.
Summary Checklist
- Open the completed transaction and select the Meeting tab.
- Click the 3-dot menu on the video player and select Download.
- The recording saves to your device as an MP4 file.
