Download Your Meeting Recording

The short answer: You can download your notarization session recording directly from your transaction details. The file saves as an MP4; you can keep it for your records or share as needed. If you send transactions on behalf of an organization and need to download a signer's recording, use these instructions for Download a Signer's Meeting Recording instead.

Download the Recording

To download your meeting recording, follow these steps from your Proof account.

1. Locate the completed transaction in your account and click View next to it.
2. Select Video.
3. Select the 3 vertical dots in the bottom-right corner of the video player and select Download. The file saves as an MP4.
   • If you're using Safari, right-click the video to bring up the download menu.

Locate the completed transaction in your account, then click View next to it.

Select Video.
