Audience: Organizations

The short answer: Use the search box and filter dropdowns in your Transactions view to quickly find specific transactions by name, status, type, or date.

How It Works

To access your transactions, click Transactions from the left navigation menu. The view defaults to Created by me — a list of transactions you created. Click All transactions from the left menu to find transactions created by your team.

Ways to Find Transactions

Search

Use the search box above the transactions list to type the name, email address, or transaction ID associated with the transaction you're looking for.

⚠️
Searching only returns results for the current view. To search all transactions — not just your own — select All transactions before searching.

Filter

Use the dropdown menus to filter transactions. Multiple filters can be applied together to narrow results.

Use the Status dropdown and check the box to show all transactions with the selected status(es).
