The short answer: You can delete multiple transaction drafts at once to keep your Transactions list organized.

Before you delete: Deleted transactions cannot be recovered.

Delete drafts in bulk

1. Open your transactions

Select Transactions on the left-hand menu to see your full list.

2. Filter for drafts

Use the Statuses filter to show only your draft transactions — this makes it easier to select eligible transactions.

The delete option only works when every transaction you've selected is a draft.

3. Select drafts to delete

Check the boxes next to the drafts you want to delete, or use the top checkbox to select everything on the page.

4. Delete the drafts

A gray bar appears at the top. Select Delete to delete the selected transactions.

5. Confirm the deletion

A confirmation prompt appears. Select Delete one final time to permanently remove the selected drafts.


Summary Checklist

  • Filter by Draft status — the delete option only works when all selected transactions are drafts.
  • Select the drafts to remove and select Delete from the action bar.
  • Confirm the deletion — this action cannot be undone.
