Here's how to view the identification used by your customer for a completed transaction on the Proof platform.
Who can use this
Users in your organization who can create and send transactions and notaries sourcing transactions (NSTs) can perform the steps below.

⚠️ This feature is on by default for all organizations. If you want to prevent your employees to view customer IDs, please contact Support or your Customer Success Manager (CSM) to disable this feature.
View a signer's ID
Log in to your Proof account to complete the steps below.
- Click Send & manage (or My closings) from the navigation panel on the left.
- Find the transaction you'd like to view the ID for.
- Click the desired transaction to open the Transaction Details.
- Click the Recipients tab at the the top of the page.
If desired, you can click the photo of the ID to:
- Enlarge the ID
- View the back
- View any available secondary IDs
