Manage Your Title Account’s Operating States and Title Underwriters

Instructions for managing the Underwriters you work with and your States of Operation in your Organization Settings.

Steps

Log in to your Proof account to complete the steps below.

1. Click ⚙️ Settings from the navigation panel on the left:
   • If you don't see the panel, click the caret to expand it.
2. Select Organization Settings from the Settings menu.
   • The Overview tab opens as the default.
   • Click the third tab to open the Eligibility page.
3. Add or remove the Operating States and/or Title Underwriters.

If you're creating a new eClosing for an address that should accept fully online closings but does not appear to be eligible, please confirm that your States of Operation and Title Underwriters are correct.
