The short answer: If your organization is Premium or higher, you can customize branding in Proof. When your customers complete a transaction through one of your links or invitations, they'll see your logo, colors, and landing pages instead of Proof's branding — giving them confidence they're in the right place.
What you can customize
If you're an Owner or Admin of your organization's account, you can update the following in your settings:
- Brand name
- Logo and co-branded header
- Brand colors
- Co-branded header
- Signer welcome page
- Video background for notary meetings
Your customers will only see your customized branding if they complete a transaction using one of your links or invitations. If they visit the Proof website directly, they'll see Proof's branding.
Managing branding across multiple organizations
If you manage branding for a company with multiple parent and child organizations, Command Center gives you access to brand profiles — a more scalable way to keep everything consistent.
What you can't customize
A few things stay consistent across all Proof accounts and can't be changed:
- The wording in emails
- The email address in the From field
- Buttons or links during sign ahead, knowledge-based authentication (KBA), and the notary meeting
- The layout of the signer welcome page
Summary Checklist
- You're an Owner or Admin on the account.
- Your logo, brand colors, and landing page are uploaded in settings.
- You're sharing your Proof links or invitations — not directing customers to the Proof homepage.
