The short answer: If you have special instructions you want all notaries to see on every transaction, set up Notary Instructions in your account settings. This creates a standing action item that prompts each notary to review your note before beginning the signing. If all your transactions require supplemental documents, Notary Instructions also creates an action item for the notary to prompt the signer to provide them.

How It Works
Notary Instructions creates an action item for all notaries on all of your transactions, prompting them to review your note before beginning the signing process.
If you add or update instructions: The updated note is highlighted in blue for the number of days you specify, or until the notary marks it as read.
