Audience: Organizations
The short answer: Notarize Panels are a special feature that gives organizations more control over their customers' experience with Proof — letting you curate the pool of notaries who handle your transactions.
⚠️
This feature must be enabled by Proof. If you're interested, contact your Customer Success Manager (CSM) or our sales team.
What is a Notarize Panel?
A Notarize Panel is composed of:
- Your in-house notaries (IHNs), and/or
- A selection of notaries who meet your criteria from the Notarize Network.
This gives you greater control over your customers' experience when you send them to Proof to complete their transactions. You set the criteria for notaries who are invited to your Notary Panel and can request adjustments at any time. You can also choose to send your customers to the On-Demand Network if a notary from your panel is not available.
Summary Checklist
- Notarize Panels must be enabled by Proof — contact your CSM or sales team to get started.
- Panels can include your IHNs and/or selected notaries from the Notarize Network who meet your criteria.
- You can fall back to the On-Demand Network if no panel notary is available.
