Prepare a document after you upload

After you upload your document for notarization, you need to prepare the document before the meeting with the notary. If you need to rotate the page, do that before you place any fields. 

Use the tools in the panel on the right to add fields to your document.

  1. Click the field you'd like to place in the document from the tool bar on the right.
    • The cursor changes to the selected field.
  2. Move the cursor where you'd like to place the field.
  3. Click that spot to place the field.
  4. Repeat with other fields as desired until all fields are placed.
⚠️ Because notarizations require a signature in the presence of a notary, the notary places signature and other required field(s) when you meet together.
