Manage users in bulk via Command Center

Resend or revoke invitations for multiple users at the same time via Command Center. 

Who this is for

Command Center owners, admins, and user managers can perform the actions below.

Command Center is an add-on tool for Business Premium and Enterprise customers. Read Command Center Overview for more information.

When this can be used

Invitations can only be revoked or resent for users in the Invited status. 

For users in the Active status, read Deactivate an existing user via Command Center.

Resend or revoke invitations for multiple users

New to Command Center? Here's how to access it.

1. Click User management from the menu on the left.
   
2. Click the All statuses menu.
   
3. Select Invited.
4. Check the boxes next to the users for whom you'd like to resend or revoke an invitation.
5.  Click Resend or Revoke as desired from the menu above the user list.
   

• 1. Click Revoke invitation.
  2. Click Revoke in the pop-up window to confirm the action.
     
     Notes:
  3. A confirmation appears near the top of the screen confirming how many invitations were revoked.
  4. Users whose invitations were revoked disappear from the User Management list and can be invited again if desired.
  5. The link in their email invitation will no longer work.

   

• 1. Click Resend invitation.
     
     
  2. A confirmation message appears near the top of the screen confirming how many invitations were sent.
