Audience: Organizations

The short answer: Here's how to export your organization's user data from Command Center or Command Center Lite as a CSV file. Command Center owners, admins, and user managers can perform this action.

Command Center is an add-on tool for Business Premium and Enterprise customers. Read Command Center Overview for more information.

What's included in the export

If no search or filters are applied to your list view, the entire user list is exported. If you've searched or applied filters, you'll be prompted to export all users or just the filtered view. The following attributes are included:

  • First name
  • Last name
  • Email
  • Status
  • Last login date and time (in UTC)
  • Role
  • Notary capacity *
  • Verify agent capacity *
  • Command Center access *
  • Defend access *
  • Home organization name
  • Home organization ID

* Displayed as true or false in the CSV. Only appears if your organization is subscribed to that feature.

The CSV file is automatically saved to your computer.

⚠️
