Audience: Organizations

The short answer: Command Center owners and administrators can move a user to a different organization within the same parent–child tree. A few rules apply before you get started:

  • Organization owners cannot be moved.
  • Users can only be moved within the same parent–child organization tree.
  • All transactions associated with the user stay with the original organization after the move.
  • Moving users requires specific permissions and roles.
  • Users cannot be moved into deactivated organizations.
