The short answer: You can send Verify transactions with live agent support for identity verification. Verify transactions are sent to one individual at a time and allow you to choose which verification methods are required.

Send a Verify transaction
1. Start a new transaction
Select Transactions from the left menu, then select Send new transaction in the upper right corner.
2. Select Verify and name your transaction
Select Verify from the transaction type options. Add a custom name to help you track the transaction later.
3. Add recipient information
Provide the recipient's name and contact information, or select from your saved recipients.
4. Set time restrictions if needed
Choose when the recipient can complete their identity verification:
- No restrictions — The recipient can complete the transaction anytime.
- Scheduled date — Set a specific date and time for the meeting. Select the time zone to change it if needed.
5. Choose verification methods
Select which verification methods to use for this transaction. Each method can be enabled, disabled, or marked as required:
- Select the toggle to enable or disable a verification method.
- Check the Required box to make that method mandatory.
- Leave unchecked to make the method optional.
6. Send the transaction
Select Send transaction to send the Verify transaction to your recipient. They'll receive an invitation to complete their identity verification with a live agent.
