The short answer: Proof automatically saves your recipients so you don't have to re-enter their information every time you send a transaction.
How it works
Every time you send a transaction — whether it's a notarization, eSign, or another type — Proof saves the recipient's contact information to your account automatically. No extra steps needed.
Your saved recipients are private to you. Other team members won't see your list, and you won't see theirs.
Resending to a recipient
When you start typing a recipient's name or email, Proof surfaces matching suggestions from your saved list. Select the right person and their information fills in automatically — no re-typing required.
Suggestions are field-aware. For example, if you have recipients named Bailey Bestest and Bailey Bobo: typing "Ba" in the First name field shows both. Typing "Be" in the Last name field shows only Bailey Bestest.
Removing a recipient
You can remove a recipient from your saved list while creating a new transaction. If you send to that person again later, they'll be re-saved automatically.
Send a transaction to a saved recipient
1. Start typing under Recipient Details
Enter the recipient's name or email. Saved recipients appear as suggestions in a dropdown below the field.
2. Select the recipient
Use your arrow keys or mouse to choose the recipient from the list. Their contact information fills in automatically.
Repeat for any additional recipients, then continue creating your transaction.
Remove a saved recipient
1. Start typing under Recipient Details
Enter the recipient's name or email to bring up the saved suggestions dropdown.
2. Select the X next to the name
Select the X next to the recipient you want to remove. They'll be cleared from your saved list immediately.
