Audience: Organizations
The short answer: Here's how to view the identification used by your customer for a completed transaction on the Proof platform.

This feature is on by default for all organizations. If you want to prevent your employees from viewing customer IDs, contact Proof Support or your Customer Success Manager (CSM) to disable it.
View a signer's ID
Log in to your Proof account to complete the steps below.
- Select Transactions from the navigation panel on the left.
- Find the transaction you'd like to view the ID for.
- Select the desired transaction to open the Transaction Details.

Select the Recipients tab at the top of the page.
If desired, you can select the photo of the ID to:
- Enlarge the ID
- View the back
- View any available secondary IDs
Summary Checklist
- Navigate to Transactions → find the transaction → select the Recipients tab.
- Select the photo of the ID to enlarge it, view the back, or view any secondary IDs.
- To disable ID viewing for your employees, contact Proof Support or your CSM.
