The short answer: Archiving moves completed transactions out of All Transactions into an Archived folder to keep your list organized. You can archive individually or in bulk and restore them at any time.
Archive Transactions
Archive Multiple from Your Transactions List
Archiving from the transactions list is the fastest way to archive up to 50 transactions at once.
- Click Transactions in the left navigation menu.
- Find the transaction(s) you want to archive. (Need help? See Search and Filter Transactions.)
- Check the box next to one or more completed transactions.
- Click Archive in the action bar above the list.
Archive an Individual Transaction from Transaction Details
If you're already viewing a transaction, archive it directly from the transaction details.
- Click Transactions in the left navigation menu.
- Open the completed transaction you'd like to archive.
- Click Transaction Actions in the upper right corner.
- Select Archive.

Archived transactions live in the Archived folder. Go there first if you're looking for something you've archived.
- Click Transactions in the left navigation menu.
- Click Archived from the Transactions page menu.
- Check the box(es) next to the transaction(s) you want to restore.
- Click Unarchive in the action bar above the list.
Restore a Single Transaction from Transaction Details
- Click Transactions in the left navigation menu.
- Click Archived and open the transaction you'd like to restore.
- Click Transaction Actions in the upper right corner.
- Select Unarchive.
Summary Checklist
- Only transactions with a Complete status can be archived.
- To archive in bulk (up to 50), check the boxes next to completed transactions and click Archive.
- To archive individually, open the transaction and use Transaction Actions → Archive.
- To restore, go to the Archived folder and click Unarchive.
- Use the Undo prompt immediately after archiving to reverse the action without navigating away.
