Your total cost is determined by factors such as the number of notarial seals, the inclusion of witnesses, and the total number of sessions required. Below, we’ve outlined our general pricing structure, payment timelines, and how costs are managed for transactions involving multiple signers.

Pricing depends on whether you're uploading your own document or receiving one from an organization. If someone sent you the document(s), reach out to them directly for cost details β€” pricing may vary based on the organization's agreement with Proof.

Below are the standard line items you might see charged per meeting:

Your final total depends on the specifics of your transaction. For instance, if a document requires multiple signers who each complete separate meetings, each signer is charged $25 for their first notary seal. For individual pricing, check our pricing page. When Payment Is Collected

Payment is collected after your document has been signed and notarized by all required parties β€” you won't be charged until everything is complete.

If you upload your own document(s) +

After verifying your identity and meeting with a notary, you'll be prompted to pay once your documents are finalized. Your completed documents become available to download or share as soon as payment is received.

If an organization sends you the document(s) +

You may be prompted to pay after the document is complete, or the organization may cover the cost of notarization directly.


Transactions With More Than One Signer

If your transaction involves multiple signers, no one is charged until the transaction is fully complete and all signatures have been collected.

Once all documents are finalized, the platform prompts the last signer to pay the total fees on behalf of all parties. As soon as payment is received, the completed documents are released and available to everyone involved.
