You can easily access and share documents immediately after a notarization or other signing by downloading them or emailing them directly to a recipient.
You can also download the video of the meeting.
Who this is for
The information and/or process below is for all users who can join or have completed a meeting.
After signing
At the end of the transaction, you have 2 options to share the completed documents.
- A box appears to provide the intended recipient’s email address. Type the recipient’s email address, then click Send Document.
- Click the Download link directly under the document preview on the right.
The recipient will receive instructions to access your document at our verification site.
You receive an email notifying you of your completed transaction. If you don't see this email, check your spam box. Click the button in the email to access the completed document.
From your account
- Log in to your account.
- Find the transaction you'd like to download.
- Click View to the right of the document you want to share or download.
- Choose how you'd like to share your documents:
- Email your documents: Click the Share by email button at the upper right corner of the window. Type the recipient's email and click Share documents.

Download your documents: Click the Download All button in the upper right corner of the window to download all of the documents, including the supplementary documents. You can also click the document name to download an individual document.
You successfully shared your document! The recipient will receive an email with a link to our secure verification portal with instructions on viewing your document(s) and any meeting details (if applicable).
App
You may access your document by logging in to your account and following the instructions below.
- Navigate to the Your Documents page.
- Tap the completed document you'd like to share.
- Tap the share icon at the top of the Details screen.
- Select the Email option and type the email address to which you'd like to send the document.
An email from noreply@proof.com will be sent to the email address you provide with a link to the Proof secure verification portal, instructions on viewing the completed document(s), and any meeting details (if applicable).
