Reset your password to gain access to your Proof account.
Password requirements
Passwords must meet the two conditions below:
- Have at least 8 characters

Use at least 3 of the following:
- Uppercase letters
- Lowercase letters
- Numbers
- Special characters (!, @, %, etc.)
- Spaces
As part of Proof's commitment to security, new passwords are also checked against a database of passwords that are considered not secure due to common usage or a data breach on another platform. If a password you submit is considered unsafe, you'll be asked to use a different password to secure your account.
Reset your password
- Navigate to the Proof login page.
- Type the email address associated with your transaction or account.
- Click the Forgot password? link.
- Confirm the email address associated with your transaction or account.
- Click Send password reset link.
- Follow the steps in the email from noreply@proof.com to reset your password.
