The short answer: You can reset your password anytime from the Proof login page. We'll send a reset link to your email address so you can get back to your account.
Password Requirements
Your new password must meet both of these conditions:
- Be at least 8 characters long
- Use at least 3 of the following:
- Uppercase letters
- Lowercase letters
- Numbers
- Special characters (!, @, %, etc.)
- Spaces
For extra security, we check new passwords against a database of passwords that are considered not secure due to common usage or a data breach on another platform. If your password appears on that list, we'll ask you to choose a different one.
Reset Your Password
- Go to the Proof login page.
- Enter the email address associated with your account or transaction.

Click the Forgot password? link.
- Confirm your email address on the next screen.

Click Send password reset link — then check your inbox.
⚠️This link expires in 5 minutes. If it expires before you use it, just repeat steps 1–3 to get a new one. - Follow the instructions in the email from noreply@proof.com to set your new password.

If you're running into trouble, try these:
- Use a password you haven't used before — on Proof or anywhere else.
- Make it longer and more unique to avoid common-password flags.
Can't Access Your Email?
If you no longer have access to the email address on your account, submit a support request. Our support team will help you verify your identity and regain access to your account.
