Learn to archive or unarchive completed transactions
Archiving transactions moves the transaction from the All Transactions folder to the Archived folder. You can use this feature to support internal company workflows and post processing, such as indicating that a transaction has completed your own business process.

Need to Know
Transactions can be archived individually or in bulk. Bulk transactions are limited to 50 transactions at a time.
- Archiving a transaction does not delete the transaction.
- Completed transactions cannot be deleted. For more information about which transactions can be canceled or deleted, see Cancel a Transaction.
- When you archive any transaction(s), they are moved to the Archived folder immediately.
- You can always unarchive or restore any archived transactions back to the All Transactions folder.
Archive a Completed Transaction
Log in to your Proof account to complete the steps below.
Bulk archive from a list
- Click Send & manage from the navigation panel on the left:
- If you don't see the panel, click the caret to expand it.
- Use the tools to find the transaction(s) you'd like to archive.
- Review Search for a Transaction for instructions on searching and filtering transactions.
- Check the box next to one or more completed transactions to archive.
- Click Archive from the box that appears above the list of transactions.
Archive a single transaction from Transaction Details
If you'd like to archive a single transaction while you're viewing Transaction Details, you can do so from the Summary tab.
- Open the transaction.
- Click the Archive button at the bottom of the Summary tab.
Restore an Archived Transaction
If you want to search for transactions that have been archived, navigate to the Archived folder and search from there.
Bulk unarchive from a list
- Click Send & manage from the menu on the left.
- Click Archived to view the Archived folder.
- Check the box(es) to select one or more transactions.
- Click Unarchive from the box that appears above the list of transactions.
Unarchive a single transaction from Transaction Details
If you'd like to unarchive a single transaction while you're viewing Transaction Details, you can do so from the Summary tab.
- Open the transaction.
- Click the Unarchive button at the bottom of the Summary tab.
